Summertime is also the perfect time to love others well and extend kindness. As Chicago comes alive with more people out & about, there are more chances for us to spread kindness. Even if it's as simple as talking to the person standing on the exit ramp, calling up someone going through a rough time, etc. Sometimes I think I'm "too busy" to choose kindness, but in reality, it only takes a few seconds to put a smile on someone's face or make them feel seen and loved ☀️
