The countdown to International Coastal Cleanup Day continues!
With just 3 days left until the largest global cleanup event of the year, we wanted to get the clean ocean movement amped up by showing you 5️⃣ EXTREMELY dirty coastlines that our crews around the world recently cleaned.
It's estimated that 80% of ocean plastic pollution comes from a land-based source, and it comes in all shapes and sizes - from microplastics to large pieces of debris. This means that no matter where you live in the world, you CAN help fight this crisis by doing a cleanup in your own community this #InternationalCoastalCleanup Day.
