Over the last few weeks, we've been taking you behind the scenes of our cleanup operation in Bali, and more specifically our Denpasar base. Now, we turn and explore our Medewi operation!
Medewi is a tiny, remote village in Bali that's rich in nature and well known for its stellar surf, luscious green fields, and huge palm trees.
While the scenery in Medewi may be great, that isn't why 4ocean established an operational base here.
We established operations here in October 2018 because the area provides access to more than 20 beaches that are high-impact areas for plastic pollution.
