In Bali, our crews conduct the following kinds of cleanups:
• Ocean Cleanups - We dispatch cleanup crews daily along the southwest coast of the island to reduce the amount of plastic waste in coastal waters and improve environmental conditions for both marine life and local fishermen who rely on the ocean for sustenance.
• Coastal Cleanups - We have crews operating out of three locations across Bali’s southwest coast daily to prevent land-based trash from entering the ocean.
• River Cleanups - We have crews working upstream on rivers and utilizing cleanup technology, like our boom systems, to prevent inland plastic from flowing into the ocean.
