Our Jembrana Beach Team recently conducted a cleanup mission at Teluk Terima Beach and were able to pull over 4,157 pounds of trash. This stretch of coastline featured was just a small section of the heavily polluted beach.
You'll notice several single-use plastic items in this video, such as snack wrappers, plastic bottles, and takeout containers. You can stop plastic pollution at it's source by refusing single-use items, such as these, and opting for more sustainable alternatives.
