Every year on March 22, World Water Day is celebrated to raise awareness about the importance of water and its conservation. Here at 4ocean, we care about clean ocean water and clean drinking water. Clean drinking water is often taken for granted, we don’t always remember there are individuals that don’t have access to it. In some areas, they rely on water packaged in bags, also known as water sachets.
It’s important to remember we can’t place blame on those that can only access clean drinking water through single-use plastic items.
