While our full time captains and crews are out cleaning the ocean and coastlines 7 days a week, our community outreach team is creating new ways to bring the community together.
By building a community around the clean ocean movement we hope to spark conversations and ignite change that leads to a future with a healthier ocean.
4ocean community events are more than just a beach cleanup. They’re an experience with live music, animated discussions, family-friendly activities and local organizations.
We include local organizations in our community events because working together is the best way to create change. The event is only one day, but uniting for a common goal and introducing people to the local leaders making a difference can allow the positive momentum to continue.
Today at Spanish River Park in Boca Raton, FL 4ocean hosted 769 participants.
If you were unable to attend today’s event, visit our website to learn how you can get involved.
In the meantime, remember:
1. Refuse single-use plastic
2. Cleanup wherever you can
