Sea Turtles are a key predator in our oceans as they help keep the food chain balanced. Hawksbill sea turtles are responsible for eating sea sponges which is important because the sponges can out-compete reef-building corals. By doing this, they can protect the coral reefs and help support the lives that depend on the coral. Meanwhile, leatherback sea turtles love to eat jellyfish.
