When Arugula, a juvenile green sea turtle, was found in May, she was entangled in fishing gear and in poor health, needing medical attention.
That’s when the team at @loggerheadmarinelifecenter sprung into action, as a part of their non-profit mission of sea turtle conservation and rehabilitation for the sea turtles in their care.
Last month, Arugula was successfully released back into the waves of Juno Beach, FL, capping a successful 3-month recovery period. 🙌
