Chris Spealler is a legend in our sport. He has been to the Crossfit Games 8 times, he's been on the podium 2 times! Through his entire life he's been viewed as the under dog, and with this has amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge in overcoming adversity and doubts of others. What is most impressive about Chris is that while achieving what he has, he's a husband, father of two, affiliate owner of 10 years, and one of the best coaches in the world as member of HQ Seminar staff where he both served as seminar staff coach and course development. Talk about balance? He figured it out. Chris finished 3rd at this years Games (35-40), he still loves to compete but is now most focused on developing and serving others in the community through his online platform with @iconathlete.
