We love to team up and work with local athletes and we are stoked to be teaming with Kalynn Rose! She found crossfit about 3.5 years ago and naturally was drawn to the Olympic weightlifting part of the sport. Just 2 years ago she began to focus solely on weight lifting and has never looked back! Kalynn didn’t rise up in the sport with a ton of competitive experience in sports. She continues to redefine herself by exploring new ways to improve and grow as an individual.
