Hard work pays off people! I’m not saying that as a cliche! People ask me about my physique and they don’t consider I’ve been putting in the work since I was a teenager. I love the grind, I love to see improvement, I love to chase new goals. If I could say anything to you to help your journey I’d say to chase performance, if you fuel your body with good food then the looks will follow. Be obsessed with the numbers in the gym and less with the mirror, they directly relate! ?? #FNX #RedefineYourself #iLiVE
