Do more “Kip swings”! Both low intensity (small front to back action) and high intensity (large front to back action even forcing some vertical displacement) have trendies value. Many of you used the Kip swing to aid your T2B this week, but the movement became a limitation for you. Expose your body to focused practice more often if simply doin the Kip swing with no T2B or pull up attached. This will refine your movement, make you more aware, optimize efficiency in creating proficient momentum and control. But, most importantly it can make a huge difference in grip stamina and overall conditioning of the core and shoulder girdle.
