From now on, I'm going to be unapologetic about what I do and how important it is. It's hard work, but it has absolutely changed my life and the lives of so many other women I know, and that's something to celebrate. Success is far from easy but I know my work matters.

I have the honor of partnering with women and men at @beautycounter who fight the good fight every single day. We work tirelessly to share Beautycounter and educate others because we believe in our mission and are in the business of cleaner beauty. We come from all walks of life, varying backgrounds, and have different personalities. We all have different reasons for linking arms with Beautycounter. We are busy moms, wives, daughters, sisters, and friends. But we have one common goal that is so much bigger than any one person or a bottle of shampoo. We are changing the face of the beauty industry through our work. We are the pioneers in the clean beauty business. It started with us and we are leading the way.
Playing small and staying quiet does not serve the world. I'm so grateful to have found my passion and purpose.
