Diversity is the key to our future survival and growth. I feel that if people really want to contribute to society and have long-term success in any organization, they should create a culture where everyone’s perspective is heard. We need to become more culturally aware as a society. Your heritage is something you should be proud of.

I'll start. My parents were born in England; grandparents Russia and Ireland. My Father-in-Law was born in London and Mother-in-Law, born in India, grew up in Thailand, educated in UK and now lives in Switzerland. My other Mother in Law was born in Pakistan, now lives in Cyprus.. Sister-in-law Denmark and the list goes on... Both my children are fortunate to have dual citizenships, both UK and US.
