I understand that I will never understand the fear, the cruelty, the injustice.
I understand that I will never really understand, however, I will stand.

I will not turn a blind eye, or remain silent.
I will listen to you and learn from you.
I will speak your truth with you.
I will help you raise the volume of your cries for justice.
I will speak to others of what I have learned from you.
I will re-educate myself, with your guidance, so that I may also re-educate others.
I will stand with you.
