Today someone pulled off a mini jewelry heist at Lula. And by mini I mean it's all in perspective, to us it was quite large. So yes, fuck You. However, I also now try to find the lesson in EVERYthing. The lesson is not that (some) people suck, that's a given. The lesson was that I am not doing my job in giving proper attention to our clients. Sometimes when we get swamped with products, shipments and to do lists a mile long... we can forget what truly counts. Our clients. And although I pride myself in customer service, always say hello, always see if they need anything... I can clearly improve. ❤️ So try to pull another one on me like that, asspants. I'll be too genuinely excited about your day and maybe even offering up a hug, you won't have time to stash that kinda loot. ?
