-Mikao Usui, (1922) was the founder of Reiki. I read this last night in my studies and thought it was beautiful. There have been many variations but in their simplicity they all stand for a simple choice made easier by creating the choice just for today. I talk to my clients a lot about choice. It's so easy for us to forget that we have choice over so many things that cause us unrest. Their strength and choice causes me constant inspiration to do the same.
