Pig and I need to talk to you all about customer service. I had some pretty fucked up experiences today, and some pretty great ones as well. Sadly I walked out with no purchases from the shitty ones. Please remember that you are a customer, therefore you are the reason we have jobs, the reason makers have the ability to sell, and the reason we get to watch our dreams come true. So unless you're a shitty human, you deserve to feel welcomed, heard, and attended to. Don't settle for less! Walk the fuck out, come to Lula we will happily direct you to other shops too where you can have that same experience! ☺️ Especially during such a happy season! Small retailers have a lot to compete with given the "ease" of online shopping etc! So when a customer takes the time to pay for parking and make it a priority to shop with you- thank them with kindness!!! ? ok... thanks for letting me vent!
