I just had the BEST customer service experience from @individualmedleystore , and had to share! They are a local LA shop that I ordered some goodies from They were having some printer/Internet issues today while trying to get our label done. So do you know what she did??? She drove it right here to Lula and hand delivered it! ☺️ So sweet! I'm excited to try the herbal smoke blend and I know the gifts will be a hit!
