Our November @citizenwatchcanada Community MVP Winner is Zelia Capitao-Tavares, a Grade 6 teacher at McMurrich Public School. Zelia is being recognized for all of the work she does with the NHL and NHLPA Future Goals program, encouraging STEM education for students.
