People who know me know that my family is the biggest part of my life. As a father I consider it my duty to teach, mentor, and educate my son. Words are often inconsistent with actions. Therefore I believe fathers must lead by example at all times and be good role models in all ways for their children. My son has grown up with me in the gym. He has seen hard work, he has seen people overcome adversity, and most importantly he has witnessed caring and love. Because of these experiences I hope he will grow to be a better man. We also have a duty as fathers to ensure our sons and daughters are active and grow up strong. I often bring my son to the gym, train with him, and play with him. I encourage you all to do the same.
