I moved to Australia where I was told that the fitness space was saturated and I would struggle to succeed ✔️

I pitched to media and was told I was “too aspirational” and no one would relate ✔️

I had a hip replacement and was told that I may never again be able to do all the things I loved ✔️

Life is a f*cking battlefield, but the beauty is in picking your battles 💪🏻

There will always be others that doubt you. There will always be times that you doubt yourself. But there is always a choice as to whether you let that doubt deter you or drive you 💯

Today I thank all the people who told me “I couldn’t”, because ultimately they ensured that I would 🙏

So my advice? If there is something that you REALLY want, then go to f*cking war and fight for it no matter how hopeless it may seem or how many doubts you have. Because years from now, you don’t want to be left wondering what would have happened if you’d given it one last shot. The best things in life don’t come for f*cking free and they wouldn’t be half as rewarding if they did 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
