Happy, happy Mother's Day to all the mamas out there! Today I'm taking it very easy and I couldn't be more thrilled about it. I'm thinking about all of you mamas that inspire me so deeply in so many ways. You/we all parent and manage our personal live and families so differently. For these past 2 years being a mama to Lillian, it has been invaluable to glean wisdom and support from so many points of view. One of my favorite lessons that always rises to the top is that we're all so deeply in it - in it every day, extending ourselves, expanding, giving, teaching - all while somehow cultivating our independent selves and relationships as well. I'm learning that these two parts go hand in hand - each one makes me better and gives me guidance through the other. To all the mama anchors, touchstones and guiding lights, from here through all eternity, thank you!! ?
