today is our sweet Lillian's 1st birthday ?
although we had to cancel her party because of the ups and downs of nursing a 3 day 103 degree fever, I'm happy to report that she is very much on the mend and grinning wide with a new tooth (her first!). Oh, and she will definitely be making a mess of this sugar free smash cake at some point today. Over the moon gratitude for this tiny rambunctious angel teacher that brings so much love into our lives.
