After seeing enough public art to make any city envious, our favorite piece in Columbia, SC? This chain!! Look at how it's connecting the two buildings on either side. At night it's all lit up (see pics 2 and 3). The words "never bust" are across the middle. Isn't it fabulous?!! Seriously, there is SO much public art in Cola, SC (that's what they call Columbia), it's incredible! @columbiasc #neverbustchain
