Today I'm a teensy bit excited, as an Epic ambassador here in Wanaka I get to put in my wish list for the up coming season and what I'm pumped about is getting my hands on the new Gen 2 590C and the 690C, not only are these a little lighter and stronger( hard to believe but true) they have the new ground ferrules. What's that mean I hear you ask.
These ferrules are so precise that if you break ANY SECTION of your rod the team at Swift Fly Fishing can just send you out a new section, and as a guide or a recreational fly fisherman that means no lost sleep waiting for a rod to be flown back and forth around the world.
