A brilliant week fly fishing Alberta with @jensenflyfishing . Browns, rainbows, brook trout and pike, caught in a variety of waters with a variety of methods. This particular Brown gave his presence away in a tiny spring creek with a splashy rise under a willow. One cast with a large terrestrial pattern was all that was required to induce a savage take. The cross hatching of rays of sunlight on the fin just begged to be photographed.
