The Albula forsteri were believed to be closing in to the shallows during the tropical northeastern monsoon (and dissapear to the deeper waters together with the wind); thus making them easier to handle with a fly rod. And we've found out that some islands in the east coast do harbour such activity. However, a single catch on fly on an impromptu trip does not represent a good fishery - let alone a fishery; albeit the local myth that's been circulating. Hence the question - could it be turned into the real deal?
