Due to the nature of my work as a night-time photographer I have seen hundreds of fantastic sunsets and sunrises around the globe but Haleakala is truly hard to beat. The majestic beauty of the volcanic caldera, an ocean of clouds underneath, and sharp clear view of the last rays of the sun. And then the real show begins when the night arrives!
