The World at Night project
The last few days we had an intense heat wave in the US east coast and where I live near Boston reached some 15 degrees (F) above the long-term average! It was very refreshing to go through some “chilly” views of a winter trip to Lapland when I was chasing a spectacular aurora storm over frozen landscape of Abisko National Park near Kiruna, Sweden, inside the Arctic Circle at 68 degrees north.
