Swipe left to see the 3-panel view inside the Antelope Canyon in Arizona. After a while inside the extremely narrow slot canyon you realize “faces” on the eroded sandstone walls. Our brain actively look for human faces even in irrelevant contexts. These smooth, angular surfaces of rock have been eroded by seasonal flash floods after thunderstorms. The canyon is well managed by the local Native Americans but in the past there were tourists and film crew who stuck inside during a flood.
