Geology is Art. A series of 6 hanging valleys create a granite staircase of deep lakes & waterfalls giving a perfect example of a once glaciated landscape above the Reine Fjord. These are some of the oldest dated rocks on the planet & I could spend a lifetime photographing them. If you make it to the Lofoten Islands do everything you can to get elevated. This landscape is best appreciated from above.
