I was roaming the streets of the city on a tuk-tuk all wrapped in plastic to protect me from the rain when suddenly, I’ve noticed this little side street. I couldn’t resist, I jumped out and ran into this "blade runner" movie's atmosphere. Tibet's holy city is changing fast. The city, once an ancient hub for Buddhism has recently seen increasing modern development leading to a growing connection to the outside world.
