Lunar eclipse and atmospheric distortion created an unusual view of the setting full moon this morning, at 6:50am just before sunrise. I hope everyone in the eclipse-visible area had clear sky and enjoyed the show. Due to another project I couldn’t travel for this eclipse. From my location in Boston area only the beginning partial eclipse was visible.
This year we have two total lunar eclipses! Next one on July 27-28 is visible from all continents except Americas. Explore more @babaktafreshi
