The World at Night project
Boston attracts a lot of visitors for the Memorial Day, celebrated in the US on the last Monday of May. Here Moon and Jupiter (top) appear at dusk above Boston Common. The 37,000 flags represent Massachusetts military members who died in service from the Revolutionary War to the present. I truly wish the two kids playing in the foreground have a more peaceful wiser generation with fewer wars.
