Most of the 1,000 or so Marshall Islands, spread out over 29 narrow coral atolls are less than six feet above sea level and a few are more than a mile wide. Living on these narrow strips of land, the Marshallese are expert fishermen and navigators, having long been reliant on the sea. @natgeocreative #marshallislands #simplybeautiful
