For some like me night is the beginning of the “day”! When I seek hidden beauties, when my camera reveals untold stories at darkness. Tonight, near home in Boston, I was taking extreme close-up images of the crescent moon and planes landing to Logan Airport. Its amazing to imagine how many people fly on any given night. According to IATA 3.7 billion passengers were carried by airlines in 2016! If an average flight takes 2-3 hours, then there are about a million people in the air at any given moment, more than the entire population of #Boston! @natgeo @natgeocreative #WHPgoodnight #intheair #flight
