Photo by @RalphLeeHopkins // Galápagos marine iguana and Sally Lightfoot crabs on basalt lava against swirling waves on Fernandina Island. I love experimenting with slow shutter speeds to show a sense of motion. Here, a low ISO, small aperture, and polarizing filter helped achieve a 1 second exposure during the day. The endemic Galápagos marine iguanas are the only marine iguanas in the world and are completely vegetarian, eating algae off the rocks at low tide.
