Photo by @FransLanting Greenland is only a few hours by plane from Europe or North America, yet its coastline remains one of the least explored places on the planet. A Dutch three-masted schooner enabled me and a small group of hardy photographers to experience ice up close. It’s extraordinary to witness firsthand how climate change plays out in a setting of raw grandeur. For this image I juxtaposed iceberg and schooner. A time exposure blurs the water and gives it a silky texture. Follow me @FransLanting as we explore the high Arctic.
