We often wake up at 5:00am to begin riding before the heat of the day, and at times we ride well into the afternoon, bearing the brunt of tall climbs and the midday sun. But more often than not I find a lightness at the end of the day when I can drop my bike, grab my camera, and wander into a field of grass as the sun sneaks under the clouds and shines its last rays onto Montana's rolling earth.
