Photo by @andywcoleman // Perhaps the most famous features in the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park in Arizona are a pair of formations called the Mittens. These buttes stand over 1000 feet above the valley floor and, despite looking very close from this angle, are about 1 1/4 miles apart. This is a view at sunrise just a few minutes from the visitors center.
