Photo by @pedromcbride // Big landscape, small mechanical bird. I’ve spent many hours traveling by single engine aircraft like this in Africa. In many ways, they are the trucks of East Africa. While I trust flight, it can also be nerve wracking in desolate places like south Sudan where you put a lot of faith in a small engine and one propeller. Nonetheless, low flights always open my eyes to a larger world, making me endlessly curious about landscape, cultures and the magic of wildlife on this beautiful blue planet we all share. #followme on @pedromcbride to see more images from the field... and the sky.
