Ever since we visited Death Valley National Park, I've been holding onto the experience like a secret, dying to share it but only when the time is right. Simply put, some parks are just so easy and fun to photograph, and this park was at the top of the list for that category. We spent just under a week there (during the superbloom, no less) and every single day was filled with great photo opportunities. The variety and beauty of the landscape is just mind blowing. Contrary to its name, there is so much life in Death Valley and it is all mesmerizing. I shot this at the famous Zabriskie point. Most people shoot this scene with a wide angle lens (which I did as well) but I truthfully had more fun putting on this super zoom and isolating the crazy landscape. If you didn't know it, you'd think this guy is walking on an alien planet
