For the majority of the time the lack of sun forces you indoors as temperatures never seem to rise above freezing. But despite the numb fingers and frozen roads, it's hard to complain. The sun dances along the horizon for what may be only a couple hours which makes the sky glow in a way that can’t be witnessed anywhere else in the world… Worth it? Definitely.
