Two young males entered the territory and were immediately confronted by the pride's dominant male and his female entourage. These cubs and their cousins scattered for the brush as a brief confrontation lead to a chase that extended over three kilometers. After ensuring that the young males were leaving the territory, it took almost an hour for the chasing lions to return to the pride.
