Nothing beats a good trip to a new place; the excitement of jumping in the car to go see new horizons is possibly my favorite feeling in the world. The Icefields Parkway is a beautiful but extremely dangerous road in the winter, yet in the summer it's one of the most scenic roads in Alberta, with epic views around every corner. If you make it out there I highly recommend that you drive with your camera close at hand - at any given moment you are likely to come across a scene that will make you want to pull over and shoot.
