One of my favorite things to see when I am in Iceland is Skógafoss. For how big and powerful of a waterfall it is, it’s really a privilege how easy it is to walk right up to it. According to legend, the first Viking settler in the area, Þrasi Þórólfsson, buried a treasure in a cave behind the waterfall. Maybe you will find it?
