There are so many downsides to social media, but a major positive comes from it’s transparency. It can be a force for change. It empowers our community to not just tell us their thoughts, but also display dissatisfaction on a public forum when not carried out. INSIDER INFO: The reason so few haircare brands do not have refills is that it’s an arduous production process, and very expensive. We initially deferred the decision on this, until we, as a team, spoke about what we stood for: “Be the change you want to see in the world.” A company is just a construct; a set of papers in a company’s register, but if you hire talented people with good hearts they will listen, and they will persevere so changes like this can happen. Today’s launch is more about the people than the product. Thank you, again, to our community for demanding more from us. You guys are the types of people we should all surround ourselves with everyday. THANK YOU for making us better than we were yesterday. Love ya, fam.
