Happy Mothers Day to all the incredible, strong, beautiful mothers in our lives and we honor the sacrifices they make for us. One of those is our friend @jewelser , and we want to share her birth story during this Pandemic, on her first Mother’s Day.
Jewels gave birth to the beautiful Remi on April 2nd a week after first experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. She delivered alone, with her husband on FaceTime, and was not able to see her baby during his first four days of life. Thankfully, he finally tested negative for the virus, and the family was able to bring him home.
A note to @jewelser: We are amazed and inspired by your strength, and cannot imagine having to go through an experience like this. We love you dearly and hope you have the best day. And finally, thank you for showing us courage, and giving us such hope during this time.
